Randy No Arms, a Microsoft employee was spotted wearing new Halo Themed Avatar Clothing. The Halo Clothing is new, and at this point we are unsure if the clothing is apart of the rewards beta (unlock achievements and get cool clothes), or if you have to actually purchase.
